Rocky Fork Lake
The spectacular Rocky Fork Lake, located in Highland county, west of Chillicothe provides 2,080 acres of favorable fishing waters framed by a 30-mile shoreline. The Ohio Department of Natural Resources Division of Parks and Recreation constructed Rocky Fork Lake in 1951 for public recreation. The Rocky Fork State Park offers hiking, bird watching, camping, picnicking, boating, sailing, skiing, swimming, fishing, hunting and disc golf. Fishing Located on Rocky Fork Lake's southeast side is a handicapped-accessible fishing pier. |

Boating Rocky Fork Lake welcomes motorboats of all sizes as there is no horsepower limit. Specified areas are available for boat camping and swimming. Six (6) fee-free boat launch ramps are available around the lake. The marina offers boat and dock rentals, as well as boating and fishing supplies, fuel and snacks. |
