Lake Milton, located in northwestern Ohio, near the Trumbull county line, provides 1,685 acres of prosperous fishing waters surrounded by a 23-mile shoreline.

Activities available at Lake Milton include swimming at the 600-ft. beach, picnicking at one of four shelter houses, boating, fishing, hunting, hiking and winter sports when weather allows.

Fishing

Lake Milton supports healthy populations of walleye, crappie, bluegill, largemouth and smallmouth bass, white bass, brown bullhead, channel catfish, yellow perch and muskellunge.

The Ohio Department of Natural Resources' Division of Wildlife manages and stocks the lake with the species mentioned, as necessary.

Lake Milton has no Horsepower limits for motorboats, which allows for fast boats on the water. Two improved, public-access boat ramps are available, and a marina on Lake Milton offers fuel and seasonal slips.
