Tunica Lake The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers created Tunica Lake, also known as Tunica Cut-Off, when they dynamited a horseshoe bend in the Mississippi River to straighten a channel. The lake receives both fish and water from a small intake chute at the lower end of the lake. Located on the Mississippi Delta, Tunica Lake is a prime and fertile environment for fishing. Additionally, this lake is near Tunica's casinos and Memphis, providing plenty of entertainment for the entire family. Fishing |
