Logan Martin Lake Situated on the Coosa River between Lay Lake and Lake Neely Henry, Logan Martin Lake contains over 15,000 surface acres and is wrapped with 275 miles of shoreline. This reservoir borders St. Clair and Talladega Counties and stretches 48 miles from the Logan Martin Dam upstream to the H. Neely Henry Dam.

Lodging Plenty of accommodations are available in the area, as Logan Martin Lake is located just 30 miles east from Birmingham and sits just northwest of Talladega. Visitors can gain access to the lake from Birmingham along I-20, which crosses the Coosa River upstream from the dam. The nearby Talladega National Forest also offers recreational opportunities for the entire family, and Talladega is known for its speedway racing events.
